To use: Place the towel on top of your mat or directly on the floor with the dot-side face down. You can use it dry or dampen the areas you put your hands and feet.Â
To wash: Machine wash in cold with like colours. Hang to dry, do not bleach. Do not use fabric softeners. Some dye loss may continue after a few washes, caution when using on light coloured mats.Â
