Why book a Sauna?

We now have an infrared sauna at The Functional Joint. Having a sauna after your treatment may help to further ease pain and stuffbess. You may also feel more relaxed! There is an audio jack, so if you have a playlist or podcast you would like to listen to you can plug your phone in or bring a book with you.

An infrared sauna uses infrared lamps (in the form of electromagnetic radiation) to warm your body. Heat lamps have been used for many years to soothe sore muscles.
