This set of 3 resistance bands is designed for the lower legs to enhance your foot and ankle strength, improve your alignment and balance.

Made with 100% durable latex, keep them clean by giving them a wipe over with a damp cloth or mild soap after use.

Suitable to use daily, start with the band that offers comfortable resistance and change when it becomes easier as your strength improves. 

These wedges will literally 'elevate' your foot exercises.

Care: wipe down after every few uses with mild soap and water, allow to air dry. Do not use abrasive scrubbers.

Cork is naturally antimicrobial and will decompose in compost over time.  When they reach the end of their life, break them up and pop into the compost.  Hopefully though, with the best care they should last you a very long time.

A small ball designed to easily massage the underside of your feet. Set aside a few minutes each day to soothe the muscles underneath your feet, target those sore spots and ease your discomfort. Avoid rolling directly over bones and start lightly. Made with 100% cork, this product has natural antimicrobial properties, however it is good practice to regularly wipe it down after use with mild soap and warm water, allow to air dry. Avoid harsh scrubbers. If your ball becomes damaged over time, cork will naturally break down, so you could break it up and pop it in your compost heap.

A broader surface to massage the underside of the foot yet small enough to fit into those arches.

Get into the habit of using this daily, working those tender spots, avoid rolling over bone and best to start lightly.

Ideal for improving the awareness in your feet, improving your proprioception, balance and therefore reducing your chances of injury.

This mat has been designed to stimulate the thousands of nerve endings in the soles of your feet.  By waking them up the muscles become more responsive.  The firm foam aids to relieve tension by providing firm pressure to the soles.

Use daily at home or the office, stand or walk on it, do some of your exercises on it, or simply allow your feet to rest on it while sitting down.

Use the ball to practice the grasping action of your toes and work on your intrinsic foot strength or to massage the underside of your feet.

Can be used daily, start with shorter sessions and build up over time.

To be used on a firm, flat surface.

Made from high density foam, use a damp cloth to clean and avoid harsh cleaners.

Can be rolled up and stored in the bag when not in use.

 

Not all foot work needs to be boring, utilise this foot size bean bag to build your arch, toe grip and strength.

Building up the strength in your feet will aid in improving your balance and overall foot health.

Aim to do this for 5-10min most days, either first thing in the morning or at the end of the day (but really it doesn't matter!) Just remember to start slowly and build up over time.

The bean bag is filled with soft, hypoallergenic beads in durable cotton.

Spot clean as required avoid soaking or excessive moisture.

Toe spacers are made from 100% silicone and the big toe band is 100% latex. Rinse products under warm water to clean once a week to maintain.
